Compliance Department - Basic Program

PERFECT FOR: small- and medium- size companies with limited headcount and business operations, present in one or two regulatory regions, and related to a low-regulated industry.

CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:

  • Key Compliance Policies (3-5, depending on applicable requirements)

  • Mandatory Annual Compliance Training

  • Speak Up Platform and Investigations Process

  • End-to-end investigation support (up to 3 investigations per year)

  • Due Diligence and KYC support (up to 15 requests per year)

  • Compliance Advisory Business Support (up to 10 requests per year)

  • Additional support on discounted rate.

PRICE: 890 € per month, or 8900 € per year (2 months free, if payed annually).

Compliance Department - Extended Program

PERFECT FOR: small- and medium- size companies with below 500 headcount and business operations, present in one or two regulatory regions, and related to a low- or medium- regulated industry.

  • Key Compliance Policies (up to 7, depending on applicable requirements)

  • Mandatory Annual Compliance Training + one high risk topic training

  • Speak Up Platform and Investigations Process

  • End-to-end investigation support (up to 10 investigations per year)

  • Due Diligence and KYC support (up to 30 requests per year)

  • Compliance Advisory Business Support (up to 20 requests per year)

  • Additional support on discounted rate.

PRICE: 1890 € per month, or 18900 € per year (2 months free, if payed annually).

Compliance Department - Full Program

PERFECT FOR: medium- and big- size companies with medium- or high- amount of headcount and business operations, present in one or more regulatory regions, and related to an industry of any level of regulation.

  • Dedicated Compliance Officer

  • Key Compliance Policies (up to 10, depending on applicable requirements)

  • Company Training and Communication Plan with:

    • Mandatory Annual Compliance Training

    • Up to 3 high-risk-area trainings per year

    • Up to 4 Compliance Communications per year

  • Speak Up Platform and Investigations Process

  • End-to-end investigation support (up to 20 investigations per year)

  • Due Diligence and KYC support (up to 50 requests per year)

  • Compliance Advisory Business Support (up to 40 requests per year)

  • Additional support on discounted rate.

PRICE: 4890 € per month, or 48900 € per year (2 months free, if payed annually).

Ultimate Risk & Compliance Program

PERFECT FOR: medium- and big- size companies with medium or high amount of headcount and business operations, present in one or more regulatory regions, and related to an industry of any level of regulation.

CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:

  • Dedicated Risk & Compliance Officer and Compliance team (as required)

  • All Required Compliance Policies (depending on applicable requirements)

  • Company Training and Communication Plan with:

    • Mandatory Annual Compliance Training

    • High-risk-area trainings

    • Compliance Communications

  • Speak Up Platform and Investigations Process

  • End-to-end investigation support

  • Due Diligence and KYC support

  • Compliance Monitoring and/or Audit plan and execution

  • Risk Assessment & Management Process set up and execution
